Le Frêne is situated in the village of Bataillou.
It is a spacious detached house open onto a big terrace (photo 1 and photo 2) facing the south and a large garden with a view of the lake.
Living quarters are 129 square meters (plan)
On the ground floor there is a big kitchen, a 38 square meters living room (living / dining room , fireplace), bedroom 1 (1 double bed), a shower room and a toilet.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms : bedroom 2 , bedroom 3, bedroom 4, (1 double bed, 4 single beds, 1 child bed), a showerroom and a toilet.
