Le Lierre is situated in the village of Bataillou.
It is a detached house open onto a terrace facing the south and a large garden, with view of the countryside from the terrace.
Living quarters are 64 square meters (plan).
On the ground floor there is the living room (kitchen, living/dining room, fireplace), a bedroom (1 double bed), one bath room and an independent toilet.
On the floor there is a bedroom (2 single beds, 1 child bed).
