| Le Marronnier is situated in the village of Bataillou. It is a detached house with a terrace and a garden. Living quarters are 98 square meters (plan). On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the diningroom , the lounge and the fireplace), 2 bedrooms (room 1 : 1 kingsize bed 160 cm, room 2 : 1 double bed 140 cm and 1 single bed), a showerroom and an independent toilet.
